Any volunteer board is challenging with working board members, and changing configurations of chairmen, committee chairs etc. Working with AEC as our management company gave us that wonderful edge of having the continuity of a highly-professional, highly-organized management company who also had the advantage of holding the ‘corporate memory’ together. In addition to their professionalism, their good humor and wit made my years on the Les Dames Board a delight and my year as President of Les Dames much more effective.
